Your human brain is a powerhouse of unlimited supply of information and transformation. You have billions of neurons working together here in intricate and perfect harmony in order for you to live a highly evolved and purposeful life. It is important to know how your brainwave frequencies affect your daily living and specifically how you can make the most of each one for personal transformation.
This is an outline of each one:
DELTA: This is the lowest frequency wave appearing only during the deepest sleep, a coma, or while a person is under anaesthetic. Very important for renewal of your body, mind and spirit. Lack of Delta sleep can cause a variety of health issues. So sleep deeply.
THETA: Theta waves are found during deep relaxation, daydreaming, sleep and deep healing meditations. The perfect frequency for you to visualise the experience of personal transformation is just before drifting off to sleep and just upon waking.
ALPHA: This wave is the most therapeutic level to benefit your mind and body. In this state, deep renewal and self-healing are increased and accelerated, the immune system is strengthened and stress is reduced.
BETA: These brainwaves are associated with alert, analytical and rational behaviour. Beta is also regarded as the ‘stressed state’ where feelings such as anger, guilt, jealousy, rage, hate and so on appear. Our conscious thinking and behaviours stem from this frequency.
GAMMA: One of the highest and most expanded forms of consciousness is found within the Gamma brainwave. Normally only seen in advanced meditators, monks and spiritual masters. A place of true transformation!
