In order to spring into action you will need to raise your vibration in harmony with your mind, body and spirit. This requires daily action to maintain health and vitality, so incredibly important for the manifestation and transformational process. Consider these:
- Exercise regularly – at least 30 minutes per day 4 times per week.
- Include more raw foods and good fats in your diet to keep your blood sugar levels balanced.
- Eat smaller portion sizes.
- Consume easily digested proteins – chicken, fish, legumes, eggs.
- Supplement with high-quality products.
- Start to relax earlier in the evening and get to sleep by 10:00 pm
- Listen to relaxing, encouraging and uplifting music.
- Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts.
- Pray or Meditate regularly.
- Engage in positive emotional outlets like traveling, hobbies, clubs, etc.
- Seek out positive relationships and actively avoid those people who do not nourish you. Avoid gossip, put downs and negative people.
- Speak only in positive terms about others, you will attract the same into your life.
- Reduce or quit lower vibration habits such as alcohol, tobacco, drugs.
- Listen to inspirational speakers on Podcasts, Audible or Youtube
- Find love through owning a pet, developing a garden, helping others.
